1- The outrigger's wheel centers for the Vestil DRUM-LRT-ESJ Drum Lifter/Rotator/Transporter are spaced 29 ¾ inches apart (wheel-to-wheel center measurement). The overall outside width of the outrigger (measured from the outer edge of one wheel to the other) is 31 ¾ inches. 2- No, a 27-inch basin will not fit within this space.
