No, the Vestil VHPS-2000-AA-118 Manual Stacker is not designed to navigate a 12° ramp. It can be moved on slopes with a gradient of up to 2% (approximately 1.15°) when unloaded and up to 0.5% (approximately 0.29°) when loaded. A 12° ramp significantly exceeds these limits, making it unsuitable for safe operation.
