I'm needing a Vestil 9 step rolling ladder with a rear exit option. Is there such a thing and am my just missing it?

The Vestil LAD-9-21 9 Step Rolling Warehouse Ladder has a removable top cross bar (bolted on). When removed the back of the ladder platform is open allowing the user to walk through. This bar should be be replaced with a chain if it's removed, see optional chain model LAD-SCO-26.
