The Vestil MTC-55 Drum Trash Compactor was designed and tested for compacting drums. As far as we know, it has not been tested for use with plastic bags in split plastic rings.
Have you tried the Vestil MTC-55 Manual Drum Trash Compactor with plastic bags in bottomless split plastic rings, rings of different heights? No barrel. Vestil MTC-55 Manual Drum Trash Compactor Electric Trash Can Dumpers
The rings could fasten together and unfasten around the plastic bag of trash.
